We accept cashier’s checks, wire transfer, credit or debit card.
We do! If you don’t see a payment plan detailed in the listing, please contact us and we will work to arrange a win-win solution. In a payment plan, you pay a down payment and we both sign a land contract that spells out your monthly payment. The property is then yours to use. When the price is paid in full, you are granted the property with a deed.
There is no credit check, and you don’t have to be a U.S. citizen. Your interest and willingness to make payments is the only qualification required.
Cash only transactions are discounted to make them more affordable. The allows us to move through inventory quickly and at a price appealing to our customers.
Our properties receive a lot of interest from buyers, and are first come first serve. Please note however, if you express your interest but want to go see a property first, we will give you a couple days priority until you’ve made your decision about buying.
It’s actually quite straightforward. You make the payment and tell us how you’d like the deed titled and your mailing address. Once the purchase price is paid in full, we prepare and sign the deed (Warranty Deed or Special Warranty Deed) to officially transfer ownership to you and have it notarized. We send this deed to you by expedited mail. You then record the deed with the county (or we can do it for a small fee) and the property is yours.
